Congratulations to everyone within the STO Community!

We've now reached the ONE YEAR (!!! woo woo !!!) anniversary of being told that basic PvP additions such as tournament queues and leaderboards are "in development (or already in testing) and should be out soon!"

Since that fateful day, July 30th 2010, we've gotten:

- 26 updates to tweak PvE missions
- 13 uniform updates to fix things like mis-aligned collar pips
- 13 new costumes
- 5 updates to fix broken queues (broken queues seems to be tradition with big updates)
- 4 chair/sit animation updates, including the ability for NPCs to sit down in almost all chairs! (yeahhhh buddyyy!)
- 3 updates to the walking/sprinting animations, including brand new ones!
- 2 non-Combat/Combat pets (Sehlat and Hortas)
- Generally useless fluff like updates to Club 47 music

... and the best part of it all!

0 updates to PvP.

There's even the Foundry, where there's hours upon hours upon hours of player created content. Yet, PvP still has nothing.

So, ladies and gentlemen of the STO community, I ask you; Are you happy with the content of the updates we've been receiving? With a new FE and Enterprise-F coming "soon" (hah), what do you want to see more of? STFs? PvE missions? Uniform/sightseeing/RP additions? New abilities/gear sets?

Or, as I know some of us have been waiting for for over 18 months now, some PvP content?

(Now, while I realize that development schedules aren't set in stone and things are always subject to change, the stuff in the Dev post I linked to was stated to be in development/testing. Why, if it was nearly ready to be implemented, was it shelved/delayed for over a year? Surely it doesn't take that long.)

This here is exactly what we're asking for:

# 2 PvP Got Something

PvP indeed got something:

It got a huge unbalance, and a big downgrade in general

YEa... I am quite happy.

Avoiding / hating PvP myself, I am fairly satisfied with the foucs on PvE content, and hope that development will continue down that road.

Also remember that pretty much all changes to skills/abilites have been somthing that has been demanded by the PvP community to much dislike of most PvE players I know...

No, no I am not, and I sincerely hope the devs and its financers have been taking on board the backlash that has been going on in the forums as of late, in regard to lack of content.

Keep in mind that there is very little balance in PvE regardless of whatever changes PvP brings about. No matter what you do, that Mogai Escort bearing down on your is never going to use more than 3 buffs... nowhere near a match for the 12+ abilities you can use against it.

PvP changes have also benefitted PvE; For example, Polarize Hull/Dampening field wouldn't do half of what they currently do, Eject Warp Plasma would still be lul worthy, and you could get 1-shotted by Beam Broadsiding a Galor.

Im looking forward to them admitting combat 2.0 is unballanced as a drunk on fri night.

I want STF's and for November to hurry up so I can go play a game with enough staff to take care of its customer base.

I do PvP from time-to-time, but I've found it increasinly difficult to find matches lately. That said, I don't need a lot of PvP content to be happy. I like most of the additions that were listed in the OP. I'd rather see more PvE missions added to the game on a regular basis than new PvP, but that is just my preference. I realize there are a lot of PvPers that want different things.

Yep so many promises itīs a real shame.

But at least the game gets more useless fluff like a starfleet academy and other c-store crap.

Unfortunately they got all my money already otherwise I would have canceled my account by now.

Well.. you're dissatisfied with PvP... I am Dissatisfied with the changes being made to satisfy PvP'ers, because they mess up my expirience.

I think I speak for the community as a whole when I say we fully acknowledge that there will always be more PvE missions and content than PvP content, which is fine. However, what is NOT fine is the fact that we haven't received a single scrap of content.
