Dear Cryptic

As the title states, please allow us to Turn off the display of special effects for equipment such as reman shields, borg consoles, aegis deflector and so on.

[Edit] Fixed, disabled them in the UI. I guess it was buggy for some items or something because that menu didn't appear.

Open your Ship UI, right click on the appropriate item, and select Disable Effect. Problem solved.

Theres an issue that interfers with certain others. sometimes you have to do a wonko combination lock, to turn them all on and off.

Yes. Seriously. Give the man a way to disable those hideous eff....eh? Whats that? He can already turn off the effects? Oh. Nevermind.

OP, I'd edit your original post to read "Nevermind, fixed". Just sayin....

The same thing as the ship ones, the armour and kits overlay themselves on your uniform so if you prefer your uniform you can disable their visuals.
