Is it yet possible in foundry to force player to use shuttle/fighter? And also limit ship speed like when you approach space dock.
Also any online resource that shows all maps (map view) or atleast the interior maps?

No. You can suggest a player to use it in the opening text, but no you cant force them.

there are effects that slow you down, like the micro nebula effect but that adds static as well.
