I doubt it. Why let you pay once when they could make you pay twice.

I was refering to buying a CO time card and putting it into STO's billing info (like many other companies with multiple MMOs allow.) I have no idea what you're refering to.

I'm referring to exactly that.

I doubt Cryptic would let you buy a Champions card and use it for STO when they could make you buy a Champions card AND a STO card. I'm assuming you play Champions otherwise why would you have a card.

When did I say I had a CO card? I don't, I don't play CO. I'm just looking for a time card and since I can't find any STO I'm asking if CO ones work.

I had a feeling that was going to be the case.

Maybe a better question to ask would have been "Where can I get a STO time card?"

The answer to that question is Best Buy retail stores. Or you can order them on Amazon.

I'm officially done with this thread.

OP:

I don't know. It's true that other MMO companies have allowed time-cards from their games to be used with other games - that's pretty standard in the industry. So your question is a damn good one. It's possible.

But is this the case for Champions and STO? The other guy who posted in this thread...does have a point in being skeptical.

You'd need word from:

a) someone who's actually tried using a Champions time card on their STO account

and

b) a Cryptic rep.

I've not seen anything on the matter from either party.
