Hull resists in general are crap compared to shield resists.

#5. Beam weapon mechanics

I would like one solid beam, lasting for a long time. Like a beam overload stretched out to last 3 seconds or more.

#6. Shield systems: One problem I've noticed is at no one uses the resilient shield or standard shield array system.

Some sci ships run with resilient, especially in the premades.
In addition, all shield resists should be investigated, as they clearly do more than the tooltips indicate for resist.

If the devs would parse a combatlog from one single high-end PvP match, I'm sure they'd find enough bugs to keep them occupied till chrismas!

They gone back to there old ways and it is making everyone want to quit. Even the Engineering Report list has gone for list that get done to list of well we will try and get it done. They were able to do it before so what has changed?

I'm not much of a PvP person but from what I gather (using it in PvE and very little PvP) is that TT takes the energy from the shield faces not being hit to the one(s) that are, so use some tactics against the ship that uses TT and flank the shields that are getting drained.
that I believe was the whole purpose of why they incorporated this ability, was so people would have to adapted to others using this.

Uhh, and when you move around and shoot the other shield facing, they get distributed to those ones as well. Its essentially having to cut through 4x the amount of shielding, and considering shield healing/resist is already ridiculously good, theres a problem.

Actually TT's ability isn't the worst, its a good idea. It's just Cryptic making it TOO good, and at the same time not making room for improvement with TT2 or TT3. In fact, outside of Abandon ship, I doubt anyone even bothered to use these two abilities.


Just make TT1 equivalent to auto-distribution, TT2 %50 current capability and TT3 equal to the current TT1's Shield Distribution.
