I wasn't sure where to ask this, but how long does it take to get a ticket answered from Cryptic/Atari Support?
I filed a ticket on 07/31/2011 through Account and Billing Live Chat. Then on 7th of this month I tried contacted online Chat support again for any updates on my issue since I hadn't heard anything from support yet. The support team member I spoke to told me she was still waiting for help from another knowledgeable team member on the issue since she couldn't fix it.
It's now the 15h of August, is this amount of time to fix an issue common? Should I expect to wait another 15 days before my issue is resolved?
They should be ashamed of the ticket response times. Even if the fix takes some time someone should at least be talking to you to explain the problem. I've got a ticket open at the moment and again you just get the feeling that its fallen down a black hole and no one gives a damn.
