***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

Actually I have a good connection and I also tried disabling on-demand patching and it had no effect. I wish it were something that simple... Thanks for the input. Any other ideas ? I am having withdrawal ... lol

Unbelievable. It was TeamViewer messing up my login as well! Glad y'all posted the fix!

Teamviewer 7 here. Also no good.
