Bug:
Ok sometimes on a random basis when i fly close to a system, i click on the button that allowed me to warp into that system(load the instance) but then nothing happens.
How to work around this Bug:
I have found that if you reboot STO and then retry to warp into a system, you will load that instance just fine.
Don't know how the bug works and i don't know why my solution works but it does...Hope this helps any of ya'all who are having a similar issue.
