It appears that the Aegis shield skin for the Hegh'ta is broken.
The lines won't appear and the only things that change are a few lights in asymmertrical places:
There are a few lights.

The Haj parts don't have this issue, as you can see in the following pic (which uses mixed Haj and Hegh'ta components):

And again, there are no Aegis lines on the Hegh'ta components.
