how about rather then restricting those abilities make them mandatory? everyone must have a scramble, everyone must have the scoripion fighters and everyone must have mines. and thats it.

And to many Scorpions + Mines, + SS + carriers + varanus + bop spam would be to much an wannabe Lolspace Set up i guess. And then they loose horrible and starting around crying QQ in this Thread about that boarding partys are OP. To much lolspace compared to others right?

Um, that's actually a good idea IMO. If it gets off the ground, I'd definitely be interested, and I don't normally do space PvP at all.

It'd be a good test of piloting abilities as well.

Shuttle Wars and Tier 3 PvP FTW. you don't need to restrict much. I suppose Fleet Support and maybe Tri-Cobalts.
