here i'm sitting and trying to get my damage output increased.
What is the opinion on using STOICs in regard to the DPS?
So far i found it rather helpful, to get more bang out of my meager bucks.

What would be a good raw dps value at peak?

Well, to calculate Damage Per Second you need a timeframe, and that is where Goose's question originates.

Do you want to optimize your (total damage) / (match length) or your (spike damage) / (window of opportunity) DPS?

I think i want to improve the damage over time, to keep the pressure up, since as tac in a battlecruiser i don't have much spike potential.

GDF, low hull and ram, all the spike you need, if you can hit your target <.< >.>

or yeah You gdf, go into evasive enginebattery omega and all sorts of crap... skid over the cruiser abit and ramming speed you score a miss and then score a critical hit on yourself :F
