Thanks SO MUCH for all your support, and we'll see you in-game!
Aight well it's been getting to me for a while now and i was wondering is their any planning for a kit custimization option?
i meen with most players the end game VA kits look stupid with their uniform but in some cases the lower rank kits look ALOT better and i was wondering if i was the only one who would be interested in maybe atailor option to change the look of your kit to one of the other rank ones..
like in this pic the LC kit looks better with my uniform than the VA one does. seems a shame to have my kit on no-show all the time when their are such good looking kits in the game.
At least you're not a fabrication engineer. If the bunker fab and fab specialist kits looked any more like Ghostbusters Proton Packs someone would get sued.

As a VA Engineer, HEAR HEAR!
Seriously, though, grab that Proton Assault Rifle that Drake gives you to use against the Davidians, and wear all beige.
IIRC, A few months ago, there was some preliminary talk (may have been an Ask Cryptic) that the way that kits were implemented could be revamped, part of which was with the physical aspects of kits being added directly to the Costume Editor, allowing for customization.
Personally, I really, really hope that this functionality will not only encompass kits but also weapons.
Kits I can at least hide, but weapons are ALWAYS visible in combat (naturally), and personally I really find many of the early tier models way more fitting than the later ones. The holograms feel notably un-Trek (this isn't Mass Effect) and I actually like some of the classy official designs a lot more than the ones invented by Cryptic, with one or two exceptions.
Yeah, lets get rid oh all that holocrap hanging from the guns, and more mature weapon designs.
Agreed.
I'd even settle for a simple non-career-specific utility belt with just a phaser and tricorder. Maybe a phaser rifle slung over the shoulder.
Hell, they could go all out and release a TOS communicator and tricorder 'pack' with the tricorder slung over the shoulder and a TOS communicator animation.
