Couldn't you get the same effect by using the Console the Engines and the Borg Shields and using a more Ability specific deflector dish?

doesnt matter if you hide visuals or not. Any good pvp'er shooting at you will know if your using the aegis or the borg set because they can see the visual procs and the buff icon next to your name
