To this forums credit, it has a lot of acceptance of new thread starters.
In some other forums it is a case of your dammed if you do and dammed if you don't.
Start a new thread asking a question and the first 4 responses are use the search function.
Do a search, find what you are looking for but dated 4 months ago, and post in it, the next 4 posts will be flaming you for raising a zombie. Catch 22.
Irony is that vBulletin (the forum system this forum runs on), and most other popular forum systems have self-closing thread functions, to shut down necro threads...
For some reason, that I can not grasp, Cryptic dosen't want to enable it.
