Fought a EPtW 1 + Boarding Party/MES + Tyken's 1 Tac/Defiant this morning.

I used a BP 3 attack once effectively in PvP (I forgot to swap out that boff). The key is to be right on top of them when you deploy. But yeah, with all the FaW, it's pretty useless.

Sounds like I found my new build.

I've seen a couple recently running jam and another running fbp.. It's like, you cannot be serious.. MES is a new one though oh my. Is that in case his cloak fails? I'm at a loss to the logic completely and thoroughly.

I guess they are just using a Boff's default power set?

Maybe Cryptic needs to give out Boffs with proper configurations instead of ones with oddball setups.
