Seriously? 3 days and not a single response from an admin? This is getting beyond a joke. This needs to be fixed.

If it works from different computers/ISPs, then it seems like the problem isn't with Cryptic, but with the ISPs, or somewhere in between. I'm not sure what Cryptic could do about this - it doesn't sound like it's anything on their end.

The fact that it is multiple ISPs means it is not an ISP issue. People from Australia, New Zealand, Tiawan, Japan in this thread. Possibly somewhere I between such as a routing or dns issue.

A couple of points.
This has been an issue since friday morning/late thursday night.
This issue is widespread, across not only several different ISP's but also several countries
All traffic for those affected is being stopped at or just after the 38.111.40.114 location
and finally, according to the STO calendar, on Thursday there was the season 4.1 update, which, for those of us in Australia would have been friday morning.

This is not an ISP issue

It's not that we want an immediate fix. A message from Cryptic saying that they are aware of the problem is enough.

HELLO!!! Is anyone there?

And for me too.

Though I'm glad it's back up now I'm still quite annoyed that all we got from the staff was practically silence. Really, not good enough guys, especially with an issue affecting as many people as it did.

Same here. Thanks STO but really, just a little mention would have relieved all the stress and we'd all have been really grateful to hear from you guys.
