I've made it to Rear Admiral Upper half and it hasthat to level up I have to earn and use like xxx81 skill points...how do you uses 81 skill points?

Just checking but you do know you have to get to RA upper half 5 right? That will be lvl 51 to get to VA

yeah I'm at read adm. upper half 5 ..just have 81 skill points to use before i can level but no skills cost 81 points if i keep doing the borg space mission will I get the extra 20 skill points to lvl ?

You should have a total of 72700 skill points. If you do but have not spent them all then you need to do that. If you have no place to put the skill points then you need to respec. I recommend using this sto skill planner to plan out your skills before respcing.

Ok then I haven't quite made it then yet, i have 71381 points.
