A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
When I'm set to open team, I am greeted with a no object map. No background, planet, anything. But I'm assuming it is just the visuals that are bugged because I see the enemy's tags.
Most recent was the BHea system.
when I choose closed team I don't have that issue.
I have the same issue, though I'm set to closed teaming. I think maybe it has something to do with the stream as you play, I've noticed that it starts to download content but skips and immediately loads the map and if I warp out and back in it will D/L the content before loading the map. Not 100% sure though.
