Issue: Unable to warp out of map.

Details: After saving Capt Brott, and talking to her to get the story, I hit the depart system button in the bottom right of the screen, (where it give you the options to talk to the Capt or depart the system)

The warp out animation plays, and then, I am piloting an invisible ship in the same system. I hit the warp icon in the top right, no go. Hit depart system again, no go.

New issue in this mission for me - on selecting beam down engineering Boff given name of S[15878] and now his name has perminently changed to that!
