So, with all these cosmetic changes, some of which are nice but were wholly unnecessary, does this mean we can hold out hope for things like Alien Female BOffs of all rarities in the random officer pool, or Lethean BOffs period on the KDF side?

It just seems to me that if you're going to go about beautifying the game, may as well fix those oversights at the same time. Because these things, unlike the design of the division symbols, is something people will notice if it's left unchanged.
