Question, In the past I've always made use my Bridge Offices did not have the same skills. Lately I'm seen lots of suggested builds were more then one Bridge Officer will have the same skill. My question is this, would they not share the same cool down?
the only shared cooldown is becuase of using two abilties that use the same Ship Subsystem.
Doesn't matter if your using 1 EPtS and 1 EPtW or two Emergency Power to Shields. . . you just get the shared 15 second cooldown for using 2 versions of EPtS (becuase all Emergency Power to ... use the same Ship Subsystem it doesn't matter if if it's 2 copies of the same EPt or two differnt ones).
