Hi, I'm new here. I've just installed STO from the disk and have current patches as of 2230 hrs EDT. When I start the Character Creator, all shadows and fills of the character are red in color. Any ideas?

Notebook computer is a HP ProBook 4730, 8GB RAM, 1GB Dedicated switchable video.

please post a dxdiag.txt or upload the txt to a file share and link it, will help diagnose based on system specs.

If its an ATI card disable post processing in advanced video options.
