Nothing that I've read has said that the T5 prices are 'set in stone' yet. Will they change? who knows. The MVAM version of the Advanced Escort was bumped up to 2000 C-Store points. That's two months of stipend points added onto its perceived value. In addition to this, all costumes, bridges, etc. have jumped by 33% as well.

Dropping the Rhode Island by little bit is a very thin lining on a very bleak cloud.

I dont see them dropping prices only raiseing them.

I think they probably lower prices of a couple of the lower Tier ships to encourage folks to buy them.
I would imagine sales on T1-about T3 ships are suggish since you out level them so quickly.
Would you spend 800 pts on a ship that you'll out level in a wekk?
Especially since they keep adding more and more ways to level faster.
And that is, of course, why they raised prices across the board on the upper Tiers.
All of the KDF T5 & T6 ships went up, from 1200 pts to 1600 now, except the Grumba, it was already 2K
I notice the same is true on the Fed side.
More money for our Chinese OverLords...

Since Tribble was updated today I see a perfectly fine reason for more test C-points
Perhaps in the 400 range....

I'm confused, I have had a char on Tribble since before the downtime mentioned, but no C points received.

that's a bug; you should submit a ticket.

I am wondering when the next stipend will be though...

How did I miss getting these stipends? Also, I can't get back into the Free to Play test Tribble. Is testing over?

I didn't hear about the first one either...so missed out on it.

Testing is still going on. I've been on Tribble as of this posting....
