alright found some bugs in Delta.

1) Scanning anomalies does not just give level 1 samples but random samples from every level.

2) When you scan you seem to get alot more samples than you used to. Not more rares, but more common samples. I kind of like getting more, but wish they'd all be level 1 like they had been previously.

3) aid the planet missions no longer give random loot boxes.

I've only tested Delta. Post other clusters when i get there.

The Delta Volanis Daily also offers no dilithium for me.
