Summary: DOff Mission: Assignment completed, but not in Completed tab

Mission: Experimental Space Shield Upgrades

Issue: The mission completed while I was in the Bajoran Fire Cave, on the mission "Cage of Fire. I opened the Duty Officer window, went to the Assignments tab, and the Completed section was greyed out. I also did not seem to recieve any gear, XP, or CXP from this DOff assignment.

Additional point of fact:
When this happens, I also sometimes seem to loose DOffs, even if they normally should only be sent to sickbay due to Rarity/Quality.

I used to have 68 Doffs, and now have 63
