i just had it happen to me too with "Mediate Cultural Convention with the Ktarians"

and the officers are gone as well, so i couldn't tell you which ones they were

When I logged in this evening I had a handful of missions that completed normally (a real nice crit success "jackpot" too, no less ). So that's good. I grab a bunch of new ones including some short play missions. Some of those completed normally, but then I had another failure.

That "Analyze Iconian Astrometric Data" mission stayed stuck on "Finishing" so I logged off and back on. Now that one is gone too. But my next mission ("Analyze Results of Advanced Warp Theory Experiments") completed normally.

If this were live, losing all these missions would be a real bummer/frustration.

Edit: I jumped on my other Tribble character I haven't been on in days (I've been working on my KDF since my Fed is all leveled up ) and Buster received 14 completed assignment messages, and all are listed in my Completed tab.

Buster (my Tribble Fed character) got a turn to lose a mission:

Are other people still getting missing missions? Should I quit bugging/reporting these?

Hello,
First i would love to give a Ticketnumber but i cant write a ticket .
So i have to do it so.

I think its a problem with the Timer, i believe they are something out of snycron between the Client and the Server.
Thats why i believe the mission they seem to dispear return, but yeah im not a programmer and its at least a guess but i hope a good one

Here can you see the mission "Scan Radiation Traces", it came completed but wasn in the Completed tab.

Now today morning, after login:

It was listed with completed and i had collected the rewards normaly.

The same was with the mission "Scan Asteriods for Mineral Dispoists"

We are continuing to attempt to narrow this issue down, so please continue to send the information in, and it may suggest a pattern that will make it easier to figure out what is happening.

One thing I have noticed is that an awful lot of these are occurring at the Academy, ESD and Qo'noS.

Ok, whew. I was beginning to think I was becoming a pest and was gonna stop reporting. But I'm back on the job. :p

As for the location? I haven't gone exploring much lately. I will go do that more and see if the problem follows me.

Duty Officer: Completed mission, but did not appear in Progress Tracker

Mission: Duty Officer: Relocate Colonists to Federation Borders

Description: I completed the Duty Officer assignment "Relocate Colonists to Federation Borders". From my text log after I logged into the game at B'Tran (Vice Admiral):
[4:23] Completed assignment "Relocate Colonists to Federation Borders".
However, this mission was not under Completed Missions, nor was it in my Assignment Log in the Progress Tracker. I was not awarded any points for it, it did not register as a failure, and I lost all the colonist DOffs assigned to it. They're not in sickbay. If I recall correctly, the assignment had a 0 percent or close to 0 percent failure chance.
