We're not sure what might have changed to cause a change, but that is what QA internally is suggesting as well.

I lost a lot of Doffs on both my Tribble toons to this, I wasn't sure if they were just dying... a lot... or vanishing... but I got a lot of "completed **** at ****" messages but found no completions... bug? yes.

Just lost two Doffs on an "Analyze Photonic Signatures" assignment around seven minutes before this post with a char named "Grimsa" without the assignment being marked as "completed".

It was hanging for a while in with the status "finishing", then it just disappeared together with assigned Doffs. Perhaps there is some usefull trace in logs.

I've had some hangers on "finishing" too, didn't go away till I switched maps or logged out, some of them never returned...

In the moment its look like that only affect missions that runs longer as 24 hour with this bug and not anymore shorter missions.

For any of these new incidences of duty officers disappearing, are any of them green or better; that is, guaranteeable that they weren't fatalities?
