"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
At this time you open the data chip and info is listed in your log. Where you have to go and read it.
I think you should consider making a ship's computer. Here you have have the log and have a different tab for the lore info since there is so much. This way it can be accessed quickly by the player if they so desire to look at it.
I would suggest adding dialogs to the "out-of-time" NPCs at the Captain's table for additional lore info.
So you get your lore at the academy from "books" or from the actual eye witness if you are a veteran player.
That would go along way of making the Captain's Table visited a lot more and add a lot of flavour for teh individual player collecting the lore accolades.
