Found it in the foundry under npc gorn captain 03 model.

It is an assimilated Orion. The lacking of scales and dragon like teeth gives it away.

he looks like he is some kind of hybrid, or he is work in progress?

the gorn leadership perhaps? maybe they look less lizard like?

oh and he is massive.
