The one I got for ranking up diplomacy is now in limbo. I can pull him up on the roster but where he is shows two things overwriting each other. He's not on a mission but he's not on my ship either.
Add to the fact some vanished on complete of some missions, Cryptic you need to fix these before you expect to charge people for packs on the C-Store. Having the in-game ones leave is bad enough but when people give you real money for something that can just go poof is very, very bad.
We are looking into any and all reported issues, particularly ones involving the C-Store. Many of these issues we cannot see in a limited internal test environment which is why we are having the widescale test we are with dummy C-Store points, so we can find and resolve all of these issues before it goes to Holodeck.
