For a dry run, it look like it went well. Like any new show format, you will all have to get used to talking with each other as a group (and in front of an audience) as much as we the the audience will have to get used to the format changes and the new regulars.

Yeah, not too shabby for a dry run. Keep polishing, and you have a good format on your hands.

Hi guys. Nice run at the reformat. One thing I noticed during the whole 2 hour broadcast was the lack of mention of how any of the news related to pvp, or pvp related subjects in general. But it was mentioned in passing a couple of times. It's a problem the pvp community noticed with the show over its 100 episode run, this lack of pvp-centric topics or mentions. As you know, pvp is one of the three focus points of the game (pve, rp and pvp) and really deserves some more attention with the large influx of players expected. The pvp community had a discussion about the lack of coverage in the pvp subforums in this thread here:

What I think we haven't come up with is an idea of how to approach STOked, so maybe this post can be that approach. What would you folks at Jupiter Force and STOked say about adding a specific section for some kind of pvp roundtable or discussion once a month, or every other week or so? Some people in the thread above have already expressed interest, and others could be brought into the fold if there were to have such a section included.

Cheers

Thing is, the game is PvE focused... A show about PvP only would not get too many watchers.

One PvP show per month is acceptable, but more than that, and ppl might loose interest, since most of the ppl watching are probably PvE players...

I wouldn't mind seeing a pvp segment every so often, personally.

Good run through, guys, was an interesting episode to watch.

Can't wait for #3 in the cryptic visit videos though; i can only imagine what they have in store for us on that.

I second the motion for at least a pvp segment. We aren't asking for an entire episode (at least I wouldn't be), however it would be appreciated. As far as the "not many people pvp so no one cares!'' theory, pvp doesnt' get any attention from outside of it's own community in this game. "No one" pvps, because I'm sure most of the population isn't even aware that you can pvp.

Please accept my apologies because this will sound snotty...but organizedpvp hasn't seen or heard from Jupiter Force since Akira withdrew his team from the Knights Templar League back in January. What you have in the thread I posted are volunteers from the upper echelon of pvp. Premier escort players like Firestorm (Maivaro) from CAC, Hale from everywhere but nowhere, Zorena from TSI, and Jooyu also from TSI. There are many others that could be easily coaxed into participating. Then there are the awesome all-arounds like Bieber (EnterpriseZ) from many fleets, Iceroid (Iceroid) from Pandas and SOB, Pretorius (SirPretorious) from 528, and Joslin (Admiral_Joslin) from SOB. And the Sci-guys, like Mai Kai (Matteo) from TSI. You don't get any better than that. There's a veritable smorgasbord of top-tier pvp fleets willing and wanting to impart their knowledge upon the STO public, for the better of STO. There's math guys (Big Red Jedi and Mustrum) and awesome theory crafters (Hurleybird) that are renown throughout the pvp community, but not necessarily STO, because the bulk of STO won't read pvp subforums. And then there's Mavgeek with the podcast AND pvp experience that wants to help put it all together.

We/they would love to be involved with Jupiter Force's pvp'ers when presenting pvp aspects of STO. So I guess all I'm asking, after all that, on their behalf, is for an invitation; as STOked is probably the best medium to present the best information from the best players to the most players.

Cheers
