"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
if you have a borg, breen. etc. impulse equip it fly for a bit, then un-equip it, try disabling and re-enabling the effects also. That's happened to me before and this seemed to fix it. Hope this is helpful.
