When are ship procs finally balanced?
The Tier 2 and up Weapons hardly perform near the Phaser variant which can be either;

Shields; Deadly
Weapons; Lifesaver
Aux; Pretty deadly
Engines; Deadly.

Other procs are way underpowered and should be changed. Especially for the skillpoints invested in them.
This should give the game some more variety if you ask me.

Phaser proc - Keep it the same
Disruptor - 15/20% resist debuff
Tetryon - More shield -number damage
Plasma - More hull dmg over time.
Anti proton - Meh.. 20/30% severity is ok i guess
Polarons. -25/-33 power level debuff for 10 secs. (Or at least to a number where u can really notice something, like u notice ur pretty pretty shield turn off for 5 seconds and u can be dead in matter of second. (Phasers)

Like hundreds before me, I ask again the developers. Just ffs change some numbers here and there. I think its more a copy paste thing then writing 10,000 lines of code ... this could have happened a year ago.

I never understood why phasers had disable proc at all.
They never randomly disabled systems inthe shows or movies.

Just a note Neighbor, You do know they are going to remove all the weapons skills and only have 1 weapon skill for all beams, and 1 weapon skill for all cannons, regardless of type?

This was mention by Heritic and Gecko a month ago. They are actually late releasing it, because of the F2P

I guess it was because they constantly disabled the systems of enemy ships with targeted shots in the shows, but the devs couldn't get the target systems skills to do that without making fights completely unbalanced. So they addded it as a random chance to the weapons that were usually used.

I wonder why have the proc at all when they have Beam Targeting abilities for boffs and as science ship inherent ability?
Seems redundant.
