Over a week and no response from Cryptic. This is ridiculous. Come on Cryptic, even if you can't do anything at least let me know that's the case. To ignore this for this long is just plain rude and disresepctful, especially for a lifetime subscriber. How you deal with your customers generates word of mouth reviews. It would seem you would want to generate positive reviews not negative. I'm giving you a chance here, please take the opportunity and step up.
