A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Looks like there's still some lingering repeaters with names, at least on the Klingon side. I have a green quality male Klingon Security Officer named K'nkok and a white quality male Klingon Quartermaster also named K'nkok.
Additionally I also have, on the fed side, a /female/ human Botanist named /Clyde/ Yoko Leckington.
