I bought 5 cadres from C-Store, they stack, right click, use, They disapear, no Doffs given, not in replicator, They are nowhere... at 40/100 doffs, so this is a major problem that needs to be fixed. That was 2000 cp for 0 doffs....

Actually five cadres at 220 CP per cadre is only 1100 CP. Still any amount of points for nothing in return is not good.

When I bought a cadre myself last week I ended up with 4 of them. That's 28 DOffs for only 220 CP. So, I guess I got lucky.

did you make sure you got room on your DOFF roster? you can only have 100 at a time.

He did write 40/100?

Should be clear that he has more than sufficient room.
