A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
At the requisitions officer it says "loading" where the cost should be, and the "buy" tab is grayed out.
Still can't see it at all in the Cstore from the interface anywhere else.
Yes I am high enough rank to get it.

STILL cannot buy it from the Cstore after today's update...
Same exact conditions, can be seen at the req officer but not purchased.
I'm LtG now, would have been great to fly that ship at the level it's offered.
