i only have one question to cryptic, WHY?

Why are our suggestions, our feedback, our opinions, our actual hands on time completely and utterly ignored?

the torp spread is the latest problem to plauge pvp, we pointed out why. cryptic ignored us. all it took was one dude to complain he got one shotted by a borg cube and BAM cryptics on the case.

Failed Promis after failed promis to deliver any type of useable pvp content, one ground map added since launch, one space map/type removed. Why not just bring back that space map/type. itd be a good first step.

Open pvp, whatever happend to this possibly making an appearance during season 4? there was about a week of so called "testing" on tribble once then it utterly dissapeared. the major complaint with it was you had both sides spawing at the same point at the same time. WHAT THE HELL DID YOU THINK WOULD HAPPEN?

i dont know anything about coding so i wont even claim to know how easy it is to do reprogram something, but i would think that if there was even a general "oh this may not be a good idea" kind of though before programing somthing there would be no need to reprogram the bad idea because it wouldnt be there in the first place...

so i ask again, WHY is pvp not even considered when sometbhing is introduced?

even flat out saying "because we dont really like pvp" would do wonders for us. at least then we would know your stance on it and then could act appropriately.

TSI challenges the devs to give us a developer who is actually interested in learning about the game through the eyes of a pvp'r with the hope that when they see through our eyes how stale and forgotten we all feel that then maybe we can get a little priority sooner then "whenevr we get to season 5"

Actually assign them to this, dont make them play on their own time... -doesnt understand how people making the game dont even have chars that are max level-

oh and to go back to my own orignal post, anyone else who is sticking it out. say aye! lets let them know we'll be here even when they dont want us to be.
Your waisting your time. It's obvious enough that PvP problems will not be dealt with for at least 1 to 2 years from now. The game is almost going 2 years in the next four months and it STILL feels like an Alpha. What you makes you think it will change in a few days, weeks or even months? There is absolutely NO INDICATION at all what-so-ever by anyone at Cryptic that there will be change.

I haven't played this game in about 14 months and I'm thankful for not waisting my time on false hopes. I'm just realistic and not in denial. You would be wise to do the same.

I've vowed to be here to the bitter end or at least to the advent of a better KDF representation ingame, and I've had to break enough vows in life that I hesitate to break one more - even out of frustration.

Though my playtime has been slipping away to other pursuits of late......

Nope, Lifers are not forced to be blue. I'm a Lifer and would have left, if I weren't.

Quite sure RE would be kinda dead already if everybody would have to pay a sub.

I'm spending the vast majority of my time playing with myself on tribble, trying the doff system. I suppose I should have said playing by myself. Alone in an MMO. Yeah.

Having a life time subscritpiton is the only reason I play this game right now..

IF I were paying a monthly fee.. I would have stopped paying a long tim ago. Which would especially have been true the moment I saw the most current changes to the economy on tribble. Both C-store and Dilithium. But that's just my opinion on those changes.

And something I find really sad is I'm enjoying Champions Online, DDO, and The Sims 3 more then STO lately.

Maybe STO could learn from DDO and The Sims 3.. Learn what makes them addictive (DDO's Missions are ingaging and built for teams in higher levels, where the Sims has addictive Carrots on sticks in what rewards you can get for playing a sim a set way and in some of the sillyness that can be achieved)

Oh well, I'm sure nothing bad can come in the future right? I mean what did I pay my $250 + all the C-store goodies and Pre-release content I purchased back in Open beta till now if it wasn't going to get better, right?

I'm playing BF3 now as well. I'm really not very happy about the way the dev team has responded to the pvp community as of late. Luckily I have a 30mbit connection so BF3 came in, in about 45 minutes. See you on the battlefield
