Only if you don't tell anyone. Once you do, it has the opposite effect.

On a side note, I got my first infraction the other day. Then my second 1 minute later. Then my third 1 minute later. Thought it was odd to get 3 within 2 minutes. How many are you allowed before they boot you?

You know, this reminds me of when the two EMH's were in command of the Prometheus. Ya know, at the end, when they work out how to use MVAM and blow up that Romulan warbird. I bet the Romulans sent a subspace message saying, you cheated!! :p

I wouldn't worry about it, I get called all kinds of things in my eng escort cause I like to leave the dieing part to the otherside lol

Not really. However;

If you get reported just because you logged on. You might be PvP uber

If you get reported because you were THINKING (offline) about a new setup. You might be PvP uber

If you get reported just after you challenge a player. You might be PvP uber

If you get reported because you drive an Oberth because you can make it "tank". You might be PvP uber.
