I have a few exploration bugs. First, I cannot warp to the Hromi Cluster...like at all.

Second, during many diplomatic investigations, when the colony hails, I cannot beam down to the planet. I click, and it closes the dialogue box and returns me to space flight.

Why are stable features of the game getting so screwed up.
