When I open up the DoFF UI, "Assignments", "Sectors" I have two Diplomatic missions, the UI is is highlighting them in an oscillating manner. Did that make any sense?
The two missions are alternately being highlighted, causing an oscillation between the two missions. It does not stop when you select them or any other DoF mission.
If you select "Shipboard", then back to "Sector", the oscillations will stop.
This has only been sense the latest (08 Nov) patch.
I have noticed this behavior with the missions and objectives UI element as well. So it may not be restricted to just the doff UI and may be deeper in the UI code.
