I have the problem, that in the C-Store, every item has a Free neighbour. TOS Bundle has a free version, and so on. If I want to purchase them, there comes the message purchase timeout. If I want to buy with my C-Points, the same message comes.....C-Store damaged ???

Well First off: Do you really at this point belive that cryptic would give away anything for free? It's a bug... Probably its the icon for people who have already purchased that for some reason shows up alongside.

Secondly: Yea... the Online C-Store is bugged.

I'm getting the timeout too, all I want to do is take advantage of the sale they are advertising, as in, spend the points I've purchased. Funny that the purchase of points works fine but I can't buy anything.

I guess I'll have to put in a ticket.

I too would like to buy some items off the c-store webpages instead of in-game, but am unable to due to the timeouts.

Considering how this game is going PAY 2 WIN, i'm surprised they're having ANY issues with collecting Money or C-points.

Same here. I could buy the stuff for my Fed toons, but can't buy for my Klingon toons. Purchase timeout and a free icon next to the one for buying.

I'd really like to take advantage off the sale and I am not happy about not being able to use the 20% discount.
