Dev Team, could we install somekind of sticky-key system?

I cannot explain it except as a flaw in the system, but ever since the last Tribble patch, I'm getting frequent sticky keys that ONLY occurs within STO (no other program has this occuring, weither it's video, another game, or high tech programs like Photoshop or Lightwave).

All too frequently, without clicking on the actual keys or clicking UI, my transwarp is being activated or summoning the Azura. In earlier builds it was usually is limited to the ALT button, but now seems to including the CNTL and SHIFT buttons as well. And these are buttons I really don't use in the mainstay gameplay, not to mention that ROW 4 of the UI (where I keep the Slipstream and the Transwarps) are not listed being among these buttons.


So I hope the team could take a look at this in the near future.
