***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

- Fed or Klink?
- which rank?
- ship type?
- solo PvE, STF or PvP?

The type of the captain has only a marginal effect on the boff skills one should use.

agreed. BOFF set-up mostly depends on the type of ship you want to fly.

It also depends on your personal 'play style'... Do you want to 'Tank' or 'Go Rambo', or something in between???
