Silver players do not get extra slots when they rank up, so they just have 42 inventory and 48 bank slots. Gold and silver both can buy 36 additional inventory slots and 48 additional bank slots in the C-Store.

May want to check the 108, last I counted *it has been a good week* I had 96 on tribble as a VA. the matrix also claims for us to only have 96. If its changed, wonderful, but you may want to update the matrix too.
Hrm, I lost my free bankspace from the early promotion quest bugs/doubleups... I can live with that. What's really annoying me is that I can't get all my stuff out of my overflow bag. I got some of it out, but now when I try to open it, it automatically closes again...

Makes sense to me, but someone needs to update the F2P matrix that says they'll get 48 max inventory slots (and 48 bank slots).
And that gold's have a max bank slots of 108, not 96.

My female vulcan science character name ( tVal ) has that issue from a bugged out one and only original Vice Admiral "promotion mission" which did not grant her the VA = 72 total inventory slots and 108 bank slots. She completed that VA "promotion mission" ( without ) her due 72/108. I tried sending in GM reports but no results. I was exasperated and finally gave up, and gave in and just bought the maxed out 3/4 additional C-Store purchases allowed for additional inventory/bank slots.
If u look into that toon, my ( tVal@Omegastar_Palerider ) you will do the tally and note her being Vice Admiral, with all her maxed out C-Store purchases of additonal inventory/bank slots she's still short of her VA's 72/108. Subtract the maximum amount of additional inventory/bank slots allowed to be purchased from that number, and you will have a VA toon with 66/96.
If you could look into this character tVal that I've given up hopes on for that issue she has to be fixed, and restored what was due and missed, I'd be much appreciative, sir.
I think perhaps I had come into Admiral Quinn's office and 'accepted' that Vice Admiral's "Promotion Mission" and not doing that 'go around' route of avoiding that bug by going out of his office completely, then coming back into his office to continue. Instead, I went to the shipyard and forgot first go back in his office to see him to make sure that that "Promotion Mission" properly registered the tasks, so it skipped over something which caused that bug of leaving me missing the final 'additional inventory/bank slots' rewards.
Btw, am a lifetime member since Launch month from February 2010. If you talking about 'supports for STO', you can see I'm one of those that really want this game to succeed.
