Hi Folks,

I want to let you all know that after this mornings maintenance, we have enabled pre-patching for the coming update to STO.

This means that after closing Star Trek Online you may notice the launcher will re-open and begin downloading portions of the next update.

This is being done in order to shorten your download time once the update goes live.

The pre-patcher is not working.

Same here. The launcher window reopens like it should, but it's all white and shows the IE page cannot be displayed error 500

I'm guessing this isn't working as intended yet.
Same as others, doesn't work here.

Why not put it as an option in the Launcher Options. Besides the "Disable On Demand Patching", include the "Enable Pre Patching".
