Hey guys, just finished the infected, at the end it says contact starfleet but the hail starfleet button is greyed out, what can i do?

with the introduction of the F2P build all the STF's (minus Terradrome) Are run via the PvE queue... you no longer turn them in, if you had the mission prior to the change, just drop it, its no longer turn-in able with the new setup. your "end rewward" for the mission is now in an item drop when you beat the final "boss" so to say.

Oh i see so i get the borg salvage stuff and that's it? What do i do with the salvage and the rewards i get from that mission?

therre are a bunch of Vendors on DS9 that you can trade those in for items like the borg ship equipment set. however the prices and types of salvage vary, so you might have to run them all many times to get what you want.
