***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

I have five characters. Two capped Klingons, one capped Fed, one RA1 Fed, and one Commander 1 Fed. The three capped characters got their starter DOff packs ONLY. The RA1 Fed got the LC, Commander, and Captain DOff bonus packs. The Commander 1 Fed got the LC DOff bonus pack. The three capped characters got no bonus packs at all. I assume this is a bug.

And me too. Same problem, no bonus packs for my VA. My Commander got an LC pack.

So, is everyone missing their bonus DOff packs, or just a handful of us? How do we get them?

Aye, likewise... Capped character didn't get any bonus packs.

I also only the one package. On tribble, my copied character only got one package as well.

Only my Cmd Char has get the extra bonus DOff packages, all other RA/VA/LG has only get the 20-basic pack

We've found a bug where some VA's didn't get the doff packs they should have received while levelling. We'll be fixing this and once it's fixed you will receive them automatically the next time you log in, same as how you received the First Complement.
