I really like some of the new lower-level designs. Any of my 6 VA's would gladly buy them off the C-Store.

IF...

They could be used as skins at the VA ranks (Example, turn an Excelsior into a Lt. Comm light cruiser skin).

This isn't a complaint post, I'm just sayin' I won't buy any of this low-level stuff until I can at least skin it at VA.

Yeah, it's been an ongoing theme we've been bumping around lately. We all believe there should be a way to keep a certain ship (whichever you choose) viable through the game. The problem is how to do it and keep it fair...

I personally would sell my soul to be able to use the Exeter skin at T5.
