A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
LOL there is no accomplishment in it, only pure luck.
A person may get all his set pieces in the first few runs, or a player may "never" get them no matter how many times he plays.
And that's what bothers me! I can play 100000000 STFs on elite, do all the optionals, and yet, maybe I get none of the drops I need for the sets!
My team can play on elite, but they dont want to waste time on that beacose the loots are BAD!
I love the graphic changes to STO, I love the doff system, I love the new gear, I even enjoy kicking some Borg butt, and I don't mind doing some grinding if I can get some cool stuff. But this is RIDICULOUS!
I seriously wouldn't mind shelling out mad cash for all this stuff in the C-Store.
But they REALLY made this stuff unobtainable.
So essentially, I'm just not gonna go for the armor anymore. I'll just go for the weapons first, then the shield. Then attempt the ship parts.
Accepted challenge accepted. So in ten years, two months, eleven days, eight hours, and seven minutes, when you finally don't have the stuff and eventually got it via other means (c-store or Cryptic offers us another way), then you owe me 100,000,000 EC and 100,000 Dilithium.
Accepted challenge accepted. So in ten years, two months, eleven days, eight hours, and seven minutes, when you finally don't have the stuff and eventually got it via other means (c-store or Cryptic offers us another way), then you owe me 100,000,000 EC and 100,000 Dilithium.
To make that much Dilithium will require 3 eras, 2 millenia, 5 centuries, 8 decades, 2 years, 4 months, 3 weeks, 5 days, 11 hours, 22 minutes, and 45 seconds.
From the time I give up on getting the gear of course.
I'll never have that much EC because I only recently broke the 1mil mark for the second time in my entire combined 3 starfleet/KDF careers.
Mk X and XI gear tokens drop on both. You also get a currency to buy them with. Mk X costs 20 ECD (Encrypted Data Chips) per piece and Mk XI costs 40 per piece. These EDC drop twice as often on Elite.
Mk XII gear drops on elite but cannot be bought with EDC.
A set of Mk X gear unlocks a title. Mk XI gear unlocks a simple no helmet armor that can be worn in a special costume slot and a title. Mk XII gear unlocks the sets worn by the NPCs and a title.
A complete set of Mk XI gear will take 120 runs on normal to guarantee you get it and 60 runs on Elite. There are two sets you can collect (Omega Force and Faction specific), meaning 240 runs on normal or 120 runs on elite to get both gear sets. It can always take less if you get a lucky drop.
For Mk XII gear, you're reliant on lucky drops on Elite.
That's a whole lot of time invest Sooo...maybe this time next year some of us will have the full set? Lol....
